Everything perfect.
We rented 2 e-bikes there for the day (€40 per bike). It's not a small amount of money, but you get a well-maintained bike with different modes and great battery performance.
The service was also very friendly. After a quick introduction and briefly filling out a contract, we started.
Locks are included and bicycle bags were included.
Would rent a bike here again.
On the first bike the brakes didn't work properly. The second bike was fine. The initial loan period of three days was extended by a further three days. A rental period of six days is significantly cheaper. However, this was not accepted and three days were added twice. There was hardly any accommodation, so I had to pay almost €30 more. Therefore not recommended.
With our group of children, we were well provided with sturdy and easy-to-find bicycles. There were two really friendly “Harrys” at the pick-up and drop-off who provided everyone with the right bike with a funny saying. We'd love to come back :-)
Very friendly, competent and very helpful
We always had small problems with our own bikes and these small things were solved very quickly and competently.
We were able to experience how other customers were able to describe their concerns and they were also helped very quickly and well. When adjusting the saddle height or exchanging rental bikes, customers were always contacted, even shortly before the end of the day.
And by the way, we still got good eggs for our breakfast.

We rented 5 different bikes. Quick and competent despite the queue. Our individual wishes were addressed without any problem. Our entire group loved the service. Absolutely recommended. Real 5 stars without ifs and buts!!!!!!!
